Barefoot yoga is for beginners to advanced students. Mainly inspired by Hatha yoga and worked it into a vinyasa flow that blends various styles of yoga into a heated flow. Flow is the absence of resistance which we encourage you to incorporate it into your life.

Things You Should Know Before Your Start

  • Bare feet are recommended for all Yoga classes.
  • An empty stomach is recommended for a comfortable class experience.
  • Yoga mats can be supplied if you do not have one.
  • Talk to your teacher. If you’re new, why not enter the studio a few minutes early and introduce yourself.
